This is a brand new, never mounted set of 4" stretch saddlebags with dual cutouts and 6.5 Speaker Lids. Also included is a Stretched Rear Fender Cover with notches cut out for your pipe.

They come in a gel coat.
You will need to sand, prep, prime & paint before installing.
